Job Title: Full Time Standalone Junior Administrator - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract (review and extension or review and permanent contract offer possible)
Salary: £17-19K per annum pro rata

In providing a full range of property management services to our clients, we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic junior administrator to be the lively voice of the company and first point of contact.
Job Description: A hands on junior admin role that will provide pivotal support and act as the integral link between the field and office teams. This role would suit someone who is looking for their first step onto their career ladder and foot in the door to a fantastic organisation offering professional progression.
Responsibilities will include answering all incoming and outgoing calls, responding to email correspondence and coordinate job bookings between our corporate clients and our field teams among other administrative duties. The role is busy and perfect for a candidate who is bubbly in character and creative in their approach to their work.
Profile: The ideal candidate will have
Educated to at least A ‘level qualifications or equivalent
Some experience in a client/customer facing role
Administrative experience (sector not relevant)
Be able to use all MS office packages competently
An ability to pick up systems quickly
A professional, friendly enthusiastic manner with a customer focused approach to working
Be methodical, organised and reliable with a self-motivated attitude and excellent time management skills.
